Curling Experience is a two-hour introduction to the sport of curling, where you’ll be shown how to deliver the stone from standing, how to guide the stone along the ice by sweeping and learn the tactics of the game. Once you’ve mastered the above, you’ll finish the session by playing a friendly game of curling!
Want to take things a step further? Ask your coach during your session about trying sliding, and they’ll be happy to teach you the Ready, Steady, Go technique — just like the pros on the Olympic stage.
A coach to guide you every step of the way.
Special non-slip curling shoes (smallest shoe size is a junior 13).
A snazzy headband for protection and to look like a pro!
Curling delivery aids are provided for those who don’t wish to bend down.
Special sweeping brushes.

Please arrive a few minutes before your booking to allow time to check in. This will maximise your time spent on the ice.

Friday & Saturday 10am – 10pm

Curling is a game for all abilities and a great way to stay active!
Whether you’re super fit or less agile, curling doesn’t discriminate, and delivery aids can be provided for those who don’t wish to bend down.
Curling is completely wheelchair friendly too.
We recommend a minimum age of 11 as the stones are quite heavy to move.
There’s no maximum age limit though!
We recommend pre-booking your activity ahead of your visit.
Card payment only. Gift cards can be redeemed online using the debit/credit card field. If your gift card has insufficient funds to complete the transaction online, please ring 01995 676210 and a member of our Activities Team will assist you with your booking.

Junior guests are welcome to take part in curling activities without an adult on the ice. However, an adult must accompany them into the building and remain on-site during their visit.
