Where possible we will do our best to accommodate special needs as much as possible, so please let us know beforehand if we can help. For example, blending food, needing a quiet space or putting groups in the private bowling lanes where it is quieter. However, please note that this cannot always be guaranteed, especially at busy times.

“The Flower Bowl staff were amazing! Very patient with our pupils, followed our lead with the way we spoke and dealt with the pupils. We have our Prom at The Flower Bowl, the venue is perfect for our children. It’s not too big not too small and staff make a huge fuss our our pupils when we turned up in a limo!”

“Just to say, we all had a wonderful time at Rosie’s ‘special’ 18th Birthday at The Flower Bowl/Ocean Restaurant, a couple of weeks ago. The young people thoroughly enjoyed bowling, their food, & spending time with each other. The Mum’s, Dad’s and Carer’s, enjoyed the Tea/Coffee, tasty nibbles, and had a lovely relax and time to chat. Therefore, on behalf of us all, I would like to say a very big ‘Thank you!’, to you and all the staff for looking after us so well on the day, we couldn’t have asked for more!”

“The centre did display large well-lit posters with accessibility information for anyone with disabilities and wheelchair-friendly activities. There were large posters to encourage all ages and disabilities to try all activities.”

“Booked a Friday night tea time slot with a 3yr old to go bowling. He fell asleep in the car and staff had no problem chaning our booking time to accommodate an improptu nap. Went in at the newly arranged time and changed shoes and my son found it far too noisy (just the atmosphere- balls being dropped on to the lates, and a childrens party celebrating their goes – nothing unusual. (My son is very sensitive to noise). Husband mentioned this to staff and asked we be moved to a different lane. They were all so lovely and moved us into the function room with just 2 lanes in it. Really appreciated the staff being so understanding. It made such a difference to our evening!”
