Activity and Cinema Bookings
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your booking.
All prices and activity timings are stated on our activities pages and can be selected within the booking form process.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time. Staff have the right to refuse late entry so please remember to show up in plenty of time.
We recommend that you book in advance, where appropriate, to avoid disappointment on the day.
Parties & Corporate Events Bookings
We require a full payment to be made up front to secure the booking.
This amount will depend on the activity and the number of people and will be discussed with you when you make an enquiry.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you require any assistance, please ring 01995 676210.
The Flower Bowl do not advertise discount codes via 3rd parties; any discount codes issued will be directly from us.
Under 18s Policy
Under 18s need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times.
We operate under the Think 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 when buying alcohol. Please ensure you have a valid form of photo ID to prove that you are over 18.
At The Flower Bowl we aim to maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests. We do not knowingly allow anyone who is a child sex offender or subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or subject to a Sexual Risk Order or Child Abduction Notice. Any such person will be asked to leave, and their reservation will be cancelled without refund.
Guest behaviour should be in keeping with our family friendly environment and should not be aggressive, excessive, or disruptive.
Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the police being involved. Offensive or aggressive behaviour or language towards our guests or staff is not accepted and we may ask you and/or any member of your party to leave immediately if your conduct results in police attendance or is considered by us to be inappropriate. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances.
