Flower Bowl Gift Cards can be redeemed online and in-venue across everything we offer. Use your gift card against all activities, film bookings, and at all bars and restaurants within the venue.
We recommend booking activities online in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.
Redeeming your gift card online is simple:
1. Select your activity or film booking.
2. At checkout, choose the Mastercard payment option and enter your name.
3. Use the details found on the back of your gift card: card number, expiry date and 3-digit security code.

If your Flower Bowl Gift Card does not have sufficient funds to complete a transaction online, the payment will not go through. In this case, please call 01995 676210 and a member of our Activities Team will be happy to assist with part payments.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this time will incur an administration fee of £2.50 per month, which will be deducted from the balance.
