When using gift cards through The Flower Bowl website, please use the
Mastercard payment option along with your name. The card number,
expiry date and 3 digit security code are displayed on the back of the card.

  • Flower Bowl Gift Cards can be redeemed against any activity and at all bars and restaurants within the venue. We do advise booking your activities online in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day.

  • When using gift cards through The Flower Bowl website, please use the Mastercard payment option along with your name. The card number, expiry date and 3 digit security code are displayed on the back of the card.

  • If you have insufficient funds on your Flower Bowl Gift Card, you won't be able to complete your transaction online. Instead, please ring 01995 676210 and a member of our Activities Team will be able to assist with part payments.

  • If any balance is not spent after 12 months from the date of purchase, an admin fee of £2.50 per month will be deducted from the balance remaining.
