Event Sales Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours)

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to drive sales and build on our continued growth. You will be the primary point of contact for event organizers, ensuring every booking is seamless and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new business and exceed sales targets in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
• Build and maintain a strong rapport with new and existing business and private clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning of guest events, managing expectations and detailing requirements.
• Brief the wider management team to ensure flawless execution on the day of the event.
• Act as a passionate ambassador for the venue’s unique facilities.

About You

• Proven track record in sales or events planning.
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Naturally enthusiastic with a genuine passion for social interaction and customer service.
