As a Hospitality Assistant, you would be working in all dining areas of The Flower Bowl and have the opportunity to host events in our Copper Lounge Suite. Assistants are responsible for delivering a high standard of table and counter service within our restaurants, coffee bar, drinks bar and ice cream parlour! Customer interaction and personality are key for us, so we are looking for high-energy people to be part of our lively team in a fun, fast-paced environment with the opportunity for progression.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Full training will be provided – no prior experience is required. Great work life balance – no split shifts.
We have 3 Part Time positions available working: 23.5 hours – Week 1 Tue, Sat, Sun – Week 2 Mon, Tue, Wed. 20.5 hours – Week 1 Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun – Week 2, Tue, Thur. 23 hours – Week 1 Wed, Fri – Week 2, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun. Our working week consists of various start and finish times to cover service between 9am & 11pm shared fairly between early and late shifts.
PAY AND BENEFITS Rates of pay per hour: £13.31 at 21+ years per hour, £10.90 at 18-20 years and £8.23 at under 18 years old. Staff discount – on all activities and 20% discount at Barton Grange Garden Centre. There is also a 5% company contributory pension scheme, free group life scheme, subsidised staff events, subsidised staff meals and free uniform.
